I feel like I blinked and 2016 is behind me!  I want to put the brakes on and just slow life down.  Admittedly, I enjoy the winter months, not because I am an avid skier or love freezing my toes off outdoors, but because I love spending time baking in the kitchen, curling up to a roaring fire and snuggling my not so little babies. 

My girls and I love to craft and are totally into DIY.  Charlotte was determined to learn to make bath bombs for gifts this year.  Once she finally got the hang of it and determined the correct proportions of citric acid and water, she was off and running well past gifts and into stocking us up to the point of it looking like you have entered Lush.

December is always a whirlwind for us.  We have unwrapped Christmas and wrapped up school vacation all while celebrating some wonderful life events.

My oldest turned 11 (again, I blinked! I need to stop that!)

Larry and I celebrated our 12-year anniversary, I have an amazing job, great kids, fabulous family and friends. I am happy. Looking forward to what 2017 has in store for me and the Ciarletta clan.  I just need to remember not to blink! Cheers!
