The Must Be The Milk truck has had quite a busy June Dairy Month. Last Friday, the truck was onsite in St. Albans, Vermont to celebrate the Grand Opening of the new St. Albans Co-op store. The store recently expanded from a smaller building at the same location and now includes a selection of farm and garden supplies, work clothing, and even groceries.
The Grand Opening event included samples of local favorites like ice cold Hood milk, delicious yogurt from Green Mountain Creamery and ice cream from Ben and Jerry’s. St. Albans Co-op customers had a chance to try their luck at the dunk tank, get their faces painted, and learn about milking a cow with a cow model. The Must Be The Milk booth welcomed visitors with a chance to take a milk mustache photo or spin the dairy trivia wheel for a prize.
The next time you are in beautiful St. Albans, be sure to swing by the new store to pick up a few essentials and to buy a gallon of milk in this hub of the dairy farm country.
