Jenny Shea Rawn MS, MPH, RD
Jenny is a leading food and nutrition communications consultant, healthy food blogger, spokesperson and recipe developer who loves to inspire others to live and eat simply, flavorfully and healthfully. She shares her passion on her blog, My Cape Cod Kitchen.
Jenny’s passion for providing food and nutrition inspiration has led her to positions such as health and wellness spokesperson and Registered Dietitian for a national grocery retailer, strategic nutrition communications expert for a global communications agency, guest speaker, recipe developer and cooking class instructor. Jenny has been featured in hundreds of national and local media segments for TV, radio, print and online outlets.
Jenny holds a BA in psychology from Boston University, a MS in Nutrition from the Friedman School of Nutrition Science and Policy at Tufts University and a Masters in Public Health from Tufts University School of Medicine. In 2009, Jennifer was awarded the Women of Influence in the Food Industry Award by the Griffin Report of Food Marketing.
In her free moments, aside from cooking, styling, photographing and learning about healthy food, Jenny loves to run, walk, hike, kayak, garden, and explore with her husband and 16 month-old son.
Jenny’s favorite foods are: artichokes, zucchini, farm apples, lobster, oysters (and all things seafood!), whole milk vanilla yogurt, cheddar (!!), burrata, vanilla ice cream, chocolate…and she could go on!
Jenny lives on Cape Cod, Massachusetts, with her husband and son.
