Ingredients:
2 cups of milk
2 tsp. turmeric
1/2 tsp. cinnamon
1 tbsp. maple syrup
1/2 tsp. fresh ginger
Pinch of black pepper
Instructions
Add ingredients to a blender. blend to combine.
For a warn drink, pour blended contents into a microwave safe mug and heat 30-60 seconds
For an iced drink, pour contents into a glass of ice cubes.
