Ingredients:
1 cup – lowfat or fat free chocolate milk
1 – banana
1/2 cup – ice cubes
1/4 cup – unsalted roasted almonds
2 tbsp – chocolate syrup
1 tsp – vanilla extract
Instructions
In a blender combine all ingredients.
Cover and blend until smooth.
