Servings: Makes 1 serving (4 ounces milk per serving)

Ingredients:
1- Chai tea bag
1/2 cup – boiling water
1/2 cup – low fat or fat free milk
1–2 teaspoons – honey
Pinch of – ground cinnamon
1/2 teaspoon – vanilla extract
Instructions
Heat all ingredients except the vanilla in a small saucepan until steaming.
Remove tea bag and pour into a mug.
Stir in vanilla.
Serve immediately.
