1 medium banana (frozen)
1 cup low-fat vanilla yogurt
1/2 cup 100% orange juice
1/2 cup frozen blueberries
1/4 teaspoon ground cinnamon
1/4 teaspoon ground ginger

1. Add all ingredients to a blender and blend on high to combine
2. Pour into glasses and enjoy!
