Meet Tim Taft, of Taft’s Milk and Maple Farm in Huntington, Vermont. Tim has seen the effects of dairy farms going out of business and is working hard to keep his farm active to help maintain a beautiful and fertile landscape, habitat for wildlife, economic activity and an enjoyable way of life.
