Ingredients:
2 cups reduced-fat milk
3 large bananas
1 cup dry oats
1/4 cup natural peanut butter
1-2 tablespoon chia seeds or ground flax (optional)
Instructions
- In a blender, mix together all ingredients and blend!
- If using a lower power mixer, cut up banana into smaller pieces.
