4 bread slices
2 Tablespoons of butter
2 slices of mozzarella cheese
2 slices of Monterey Jack cheese
1 – 2 Tablespoon(s) of chopped kimchi
Divide mozzarella cheese and Monterey Jack cheese evenly among arranged bread slices
Top each with 1-2 Tablespoon(s) of chopped kimchi
In a grill pan over medium-high heat, melt butter and toast sandwiches on both sides until the cheese is thoroughly melted.
Cut each sandwich in half and serve. Enjoy!
