Vermont dairy farmer Marie Audet will sit on a panel at the  South by Southwest (SXSW)
conference to discuss sustainability and food waste on March 13th in Austin, TX!

Shamrock Smoothie

Ingredients:
1 cup - kale leaves (stripped from the stalks)
1/2 cup - milk
1/2 cup - ice cubes
1/2 cup - ripe avocado, peeled, seeded
1 tbsp - honey
1/2 tsp - mint extract
1/4 tsp - vanilla extract
1/4 tsp - lime or lemon juice

I nstructions:
In a blender combine all ingredients.
Cover and blend until smooth.
Serve immediately. Enjoy!
